Back on the LuxBite train...and why not?The A-Team do not really celebrate Valentine's Day, but it was too irresistible. The LuxBite team dreamed up this amazing little love heart macaron/cake of amazingness. Although possessing a daunting name of "Will you marry me", this piece of art was to die for! Two layers of a sweet, slightly chewy shell encasing, fresh raspberries, a delicate cream and lychees. The flavours worked so well together, nothing too over-powering. It reminded me of Spring, sweet, crisp and light. Easily a 10/10.
I was glad when LuxBite announced today that their Macarons are now being sold at SettoBello and Toby's Espresso Bar in the city. So close to work, I know these little bundles of joy will help me get through any stressful day.
